In 1997, Victoria Villegas and her loving partner, Armando, transformed that cherished wish into a living reality as they joyfully unveiled the original El Norteño Mexican Restaurant.
From the very beginning, this dedicated couple vowed to serve authentic Mexican cuisine crafted from treasured ancestral recipes, offering a complete cultural experience to every cherished guest who walked through their doors. After numerous years of resounding success, their dreams began to sprout wings of expansion. In 2011, Sandra Luna and her beloved husband, Ricardo, faithfully fulfilled her parents' enduring dream by opening El Norteño Dos.
